From The Ground Up
WE BUILD
CHAMPIONS.

Every world record holder started somewhere. A school yard. A village track. A muddy field in Kericho. AD-KE exists to make sure no talent goes undiscovered — and no athlete faces that journey alone. From the first race to the last lap of a world final, we're building the infrastructure Kenya's champions deserve.

Elite Performance Programme

For athletes who've already proven they belong — and need the system to prove it back. Full stipends, medical support, competitive access, and a direct line to the national team.

01
Youth Talent Identification

They're out there in every county — raw, fast, and unknown. We go find them. Annual camps across all 47 counties. The best don't go home the same.

U16 / U1847 Counties
02
Schools Athletics Initiative

The next Faith Kipyegon is in a secondary school right now. We make sure they have a coach, a track, and a reason to keep running. 340+ schools enrolled.

03
Coach Education & Licensing

Behind every world record is a coach nobody talks about. We're building an army of them. WA-certified Levels 1–4, delivered across Kenya's seven regions. 1,200+ licensed and counting.

Level 1–4WA Certified
04
County Athletics Leagues

You can't get to Kasarani without competing somewhere first. Monthly county leagues create the ladder — every rung matters, every race counts. 47 counties. One pathway to the top.

05
Para Athletics Kenya

Kenya's potential doesn't begin and end on able-bodied tracks. We're building a para program that competes — not participates. Target: LA 2028. The clock is already running.

KENYA RUNS.
WE MAKE SURE
IT NEVER STOPS.

Kenya doesn't accidentally produce the world's greatest distance runners. It's a culture — fierce, disciplined, relentless. AD-KE is the body that protects that culture and builds the infrastructure it deserves.

We govern, develop, and celebrate athletics across all 47 counties — from the first school race to the world championship podium. Sanctioned competitions, athlete welfare, coach education, national rankings. Everything a movement needs to grow.

We're not here to manage a sport. We're here to run one.

01
Develop

Find the talent. Build the athlete. Don't stop until they're ready for the world — and make sure the world isn't ready for them.

02
Compete

Every athlete deserves a stage. We build them — county leagues, national championships, international qualifiers. The path to the podium starts here.

03
Celebrate

Kenya's champions don't just deserve gold medals — they deserve to be known. We tell the stories, track the numbers, and make sure the world is watching.
